Chef’s Table is the brainchild of Austrian Chef Stephan Zoisl, who moved to Singapore in 2013 to create a restaurant that would serve great food made from the freshest ingredients available. The restaurant features menus that uses the best seasonal ingredients and this changes every day. The restaurant aims to always serve new dishes for their guests to look forward to in every visit.
Guests would be given a selection of the ingredients they would like to try out for their meal and if they don’t like a specific produce, the Chef will take it into consideration. Dishes will either be served by Chef Zoisl himself or by Head Chef Lorenz Raich.
