10 Best Bowling Alleys in Singapore Under S$5 Per Game
Bowling is a great and outstanding sport that’s easy to learn but hard to master, but that’s what makes it one of the best around. Singapore’s recreational centres greatly recognize its welcoming feeling and the enjoyable crash of the ball against the pins.
For this reason, many venues offer the best bowling Singapore has to offer anyone looking for an excellent time, especially now that they’re reopening their doors much better than before.
Before you head out bowling, let’s learn about the usual price of attending a game in a Singapore bowling centre.
The Price of a Bowling Alley Game in Singapore
The price of showing off your bowling skills to everyone depends on your chosen venue. Take a look at them below.
A Top-End Bowling Experience (S$5 – S$20)
You can expect that the largest bowling alleys can charge you higher fees, especially if they provide you with heavier to lighter bowling balls that accommodate kids, have an excellent cosmic bowling glow-in-the-dark experience (like K-Bowling and Changi Resort Bowl at Civil Service club), and food services.
These top-end bowling experiences that can go beyond S $5 offer other alternative games, such as darts, pool tables, and arcade games.
Affordable But Satisfying (Under S$5)
On the other hand, if you’re looking for a bowling experience with enough coffee tables to stimulate conversation and fun while you roll your first round won’t have you spending much more than S$5 for an enjoyable night. The older but-renovated Kallang Bowl and Westwood Bowl still offer the same enjoyable experience, even if they’re using aged and lower-end systems than their modern bowling counterparts.

Customer Reviews
“Great place to do something a bit different, instead of the usual dinner and drinks on a Friday night. Currently due to covid 19 restrictions alcohol only allowed till 10:30 (they are strict on this like everywhere else) but as they open later, good place to hang out late without being pressurised to leave. Although am no Bowling expert seemed Balls/lanes/facilities all well maintained and sanitised between each change of group. Food menu is fast food (so don’t expect anything groundbreaking) and what we ordered was pretty good and fast. Well menagaed good customer service had a lot of fun will come again.”
“We bowled, played a game darts followed by singing karaoke. Viyond led us around and told us the rules! he was jovial all the way through! All the staff we met were nice and friendly, it had great atmosphere and music!”

A bit more affordable than Singapore Bowl, Westwood Bowl is a simple bowling experience that offers you 20 lanes and an affordable rate of S$3.35 per hour on each lane. While it’s a bit old and rustic because of its aged systems, the employees always maintain the lanes very well, and you can’t go wrong with that affordable price.

Customer Reviews
“Walkable from MRT station, took some time to locate it. The ambience at the CSC is rly peaceful, and the staff @ Westwood bowl were friendly and approachable! System is abit old though, giving me 00s vibe. Price was reasonable, 2 games + rental shoes = $6.70 and the lanes were well maintained”
“I bowled there for 6 years already. And the lanes were well maintained. Staff were friendly. Even though they may mess up on the bookings a bit. They managed to solve the problem with no major issues. Furthermore, the alley is better than what is was last time. With new refurbishing, it looks more vibrant. A great place to come and bowl, regardless if it is with family or school training. Not to mention, prices were reasonable as well.”

Customer Reviews
“Nice bowling alley that have a big function area for corporate event! We had a Birthday Bash for Direct Asia 9th Birthday and loads of fun!”
“The lanes are very well maintained and oiled, they oil them around 4pm, so expect overly oiled lanes if you bowl in the early evening. Nothing a game or two wouldn’t fix though. It’s especially crowded in the weekday evenings and throughout the weekends, so it’s better to call in advance to reserve a lane or risk having to wait.”
