14 Best Hotels Singapore to Live the Crazy Rich Asian Life

Top Brands Admin

Singapore is one of the wealthiest and most eminent cities in the world. It is home to many billionaires and a vacation haven to other prominent Asians in neighboring countries. As featured in the movie “Crazy Rich Asian,” Marina Bay Sands was a popular venue where these elites splurge their money.

Being a cosmopolitan gem, travelers treat themselves to numerous 5-star Singapore hotels. Just like them, you too could have a taste of a top-notch lavish lifestyle. Take a look at the top luxury hotels in Singapore where you can spoil yourself and live like royalty, even for just a day!

Considerations When Choosing The Right Luxury Hotel

Looking for the best luxury hotel where you could ultimately spend a fabulous stay could be an exhausting task. It can also be overwhelming as you need to consider several factors such as price, budget, amenities such as free wifi, and the list goes on. Here are some helpful tips to make your stay an awesome one:

1. Choose a great location.

Seasoned travelers would agree that location is the key to spending a spectacular vacation. When choosing a hotel, check that the main sights that you want to visit are accessible to your location. This reason makes the location a crucial factor when you have a tight schedule, and the commute to your chosen highlights will ruin your plan and mood.

2. Get your money’s worth.

Deciding to splurge on a luxury five-star hotel is a significant decision so make sure that you get your money’s worth for it or more. Do thorough research and find out precisely what you are paying. You may also check for loyalty programs if you are a frequent guest at the hotel.

3. Choose a hotel that fits your needs.

Assess your preferences before making a hotel booking. You may want to ask yourself whether you like a relaxing stay or one that would offer great entertainment. Or, it could be as simple as getting a panoramic view of nature or satisfying your palate cravings.

4. Check the amenities that matter to you.

Four essential amenities that you should look for before booking a hotel stay are:

  • Wi-Fi. It should be free, of course!
  • Parking. Service and Fees
  • Breakfast. Most expensive hotels would include a complimentary breakfast.
  • Air-conditioning. Some expensive hotels allow it to be controlled through a device.

5. Take advantage of hotel booking sites.

Hotel booking sites offer discounts and a lot of perks. Also, there is a higher chance that your room choice will be available to you. Some booking sites would also cover cancellation policies, should you decide not to push through with your stay.

6. Read reviews and check ratings.

A great way to learn about a hotel is through reviews and feedback from previous customers. You should also check that the reviews and ratings you are studying are more recent. But don’t rely on this alone. You may also want to check the website for actual pictures and other relevant information that you may need.

Customer Reviews: (4.6/5 on Google Reviews)

“Classy hotel with impeccable room decorations that screams 5-Star. The hotel lobby itself is less impressive and rather small. However, the front counter staff and customer service staff were very friendly and attentive, as expected in a classy hotel. The restaurants need to be pre-booked in advance during the Covid-19 pandemic situation, to avoid disappointment in missing the sit-down buffet meals. Likewise, it’s best to pre-book the use of facilities such as gym and swimming pool. The pool has a fantastic city view overlooking Singapore’s famous Clarke Quay area.” – Avril Atkeg

“Booked a 2-night staycation with breakfast included. The room and facilities were kept very clean and up to date. I love the breakfast portion, not too big as it allows me to try other selections. The laksa was really good. The front desk staff was generally very friendly and good customer service, especially by a gentleman, Samuel. Would love to return.” – MQ Sat
